Smart Phones, Tablets & digital cameras take great photographs... Problem for some agencies “how to get photos downloaded” from the devices and get them to the office.  Even smartphone images are too large to email for many municipal email systems.   Some end users find it difficult to transfer files.   This solution ... designed to permit the end user to securely upload from the smart phone, tablet etc. The photographer simply navigates to your agencies upload site and fills out a few fields.  They are then prompted to select files.. Then click on “send”   That’s it… for them.   The photo admin will receive an email alert with the officer’s name, badge number, Incident # and a link to the files.  Uploaded files that are less than 5 MB (all pics combined) in size will appear in the email notification as attachments, while others that are bigger appear as downloadable links.
